I accept Paypal internationally. Within EU I also accept bank transfer. For receiving payment through paypal, I send an invoice to the client.

At least 50% of the full price must be paid up front if the full price is less than $500, I am flexible with payments otherwise.

Key factors in determining the cost are style (the more highly stylized something is the cheaper it is and the more realistic something is the more expensive it is) and complexity (amount of details, perspective, angle, subject matter).

I charge an extra fee (+100%) for commercial use.

My turnaround time is generally 1-3 weeks for sketches and 3-12 weeks for loose paintings. The time it takes mostly depends on how complex the commission is.

Workflow: I send an update to the client at every stage of the work (rough sketch, cleaner sketches etc). For painting/render tiers I send updates depending on the nature of the work, usually at least at sketch and greyscale stage.

If adjustments are necessary, they should be brought up as soon as possible in the process to prevent having to make major changes later on. I am generally very flexible with adjustments and small changes are fine at any stage, but a major change later in the process might cost extra.

I have the right to post my artwork on my galleries and social media unless agreed upon otherwise.

I have the right to record and publish timelapses of the commission process unless agreed upon otherwise.

I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
